Her expansive work in racial healing, allyship and diversity gained recognition by the U.S. State Department of Cultural Affairs, leading to her distinguished invitation to collaborate with U.S. Embassies and Consulates, amplifying the principles of diversity, equity and inclusion internationally. Dr. Rassheedah also established a Truth, Racial Healing, Transformation Center in Minnesota in the summer of 2020 leading to various learning initiatives focused on race, antiracism, and justice.
As a scholar-practitioner she remains at the forefront of research-proven solutions that support personal and organizational DEI goals. Programs offered are grounded in evidence-based practices, designed for individuals and organizations committed to transformative changes.
